Q. Why do I need to create an account to use Fingertip?

A.

You need to create a basic account in Fingertip to allow you to access free document and downloads.  Where you choose to purchase documents, products or service your account will allow to to see what you have downloaded, allow you to make further downloads or manage any annual subcription licence to The Online HR Manager.

Q. How do I access my Fingertip account?

A.

You can log in by entering your email address and designated password.

Q. How long is my subscription to Fingertip for?

A.

You can be a subscriber for as long as you want to access free updates and information or downloads from your account.

If you purchase The Online HR Manager, your subscription to that particular service is for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.  We will let you know when this is due to expire.

Q. What do I do if I have technical difficulty accessing or downloading information or documents?

A.

Please contact us on [email protected] with a brief description of the problem you are encountering and one of our technical advisers will investigate and resolve the matter.

Q. What will my subscriber information be used for?

A.

The information you provide us with when you create an account will be used to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping
  • Improving products and services
  • Periodically sending you promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find useful or interesting

Q. Can I telephone or email for HR advice?

A.

Unfortunately we do not offer a telephone or email advice service.
